Trying to log into Onfolk but can't get in? See below a few reasons as to why this might be happening

You're trying to log in with the wrong email address

You'll only be able to log into Onfolk with the email address your employer has chosen for your account - it is called your "work email" in your profile. Usually, this will be your work email address - make sure to try logging in with this one first.

πŸ’‘ Onfolk allows you to choose a different email address to which your payslips are sent. However you will not be able to log into Onfolk with your "payslip email".

SSO error: you're not logged in with your work email

Similarly to the situation above, make sure to be logged into your work email with Google when using SSO - otherwise you'll get an error when trying to log in.

You've not yet been onboarded by your employer

In order to log into your profile through the regular log in flow, you'll need to have gone through onboarding first to create your account.
