Use case
After you've set up your cycle to work scheme, you can add employees to the scheme and set up deductions for them in Onfolk. Once set up, deductions will automatically be added to the employee's pay every month until the repayment plan is complete.

For each employee who joins the scheme, you'll need to set them up within your Onfolk portal.
How a cycle to work repayment plan looks on Onfolk
Once you've set up a cycle to work deduction for an employee, they'll be able to see the amount being deducted every month as well as the number of instalments left to be paid:
How to add a cycle to work repayment plan for an employee
1. Log into your Onfolk portal
2. Go to People > select the employee
3. Select the "Work & Pay" tab, then scroll down to the "Cycle to work repayment plan" section
4. Click on "add replayment plan"
5. Set up the plan as it appears on your cycle to work account:
4. Click on "Save", and you're done β . The deduction will be added to next payroll and will sync every month until all instalments are paid off.
How to set up a subscription cycle to work scheme
At the moment we don't have a dedicated way to handle cycle to work scheme subscriptions but you can get around this by adding a repayment plan for the length of the contract (usually 12 or 24 months) and adding in the total contract value.
Please note, at the end of the contract period you'll need to add a new repayment plan for the next contract period.

How to remove a cycle to work repayment plan
Instalments will automatically be removed once the repayment plan is complete.
