Automatic Calculation
Onfolk will automatically calculate the claim amount due back from HMRC based on your inputs. This ensures accuracy and saves you time in the claiming process.
This automation does not cover the adjustment of the employee's salary while they are away.
Statutory Amount Payments
If you're company offers the statutory amount:
Calculate the amount based on the information provided in the parental leave claim form.
Update the employee's salary to reflect this amount.
Enhanced Pay Policies
If your company offers enhanced maternity or paternity pay:
Update the employee's salary from their leave date to reflect the enhanced amount.
Adjust the salary at intervals outlined in your policy if the enhanced pay changes over time.
