We highly recommend you connect your pension scheme to Onfolk - it'll make your pension management tasks a lot smoother.
Once your pension scheme is connected to Onfolk, you can:
1. Connect with your pension provider
NEST pension
Click on "manage delegates" > "Add a new delegate" > "Add organisation"
Click on "Find organisation", then press "Confirm"
For level of access, select "General delegate". Confirm your delegate organisation details
Add your NEST employer ID into your Pension settings (you can find this by logging into your NEST account)
Smart Pension
Follow our integrated flow here.
People's Pension
Easy again here - just enter your pension provider ID directly within your Onfolk portal. You can find your ID by logging into your People's Pension portal 👍
Penfold Pension
Add your Penfold id in the ID field directly into your Pension config in Onfolk. Either find this ID in the Penfold portal or ask their support team for this. You'll also need to let Penfold support know that you are using Onfolk as your payroll software so they can connect your account to ours in the background.
Any other pension provider
If your pension provider is different from all the above, get in touch with us - we can integrate manually with a few other pension providers too 💪
2. Let us know you've integrated your pension scheme
Once you've connected Onfolk to your pension provider's platform, just pop us an email at [email protected] to let us know this is done. We'll activate the integration on our end ✅
3. Configure your pension scheme within Onfolk
Once your pension scheme is connected to Onfolk, make sure to configure your pension settings here.
This is important as we'll base all deduction calculations based on how your scheme is set up.
Once you've configured your pension scheme within Onfolk, deductions and changes to deduction percentages will sync automatically with your pension scheme ✨
