To switch your pension, you simply need to update your pension configuration to your new provider's information. You can see more details relating to your specific provider here in our Connect your pension article.
Please avoid doing this within the first 10 days of the month, as we will still be processing pension runs from the previous month’s payroll.
Once you're all set up, you'll just need to make sure that the pension configuration and people enrolled match that of your new supplier and you'll be good to go.
